After accusations against Activision Blizzard, work on World of Warcraft is hardly underway

The Activision Blizzard scandal is gaining momentum. This time, Jeff Hamilton, Senior Systems Designer for World of Warcraft, commented on the situation . According to him, work on the game has practically stopped:

I do not know what to do. I have no answers to everything that happens. I can only say that there is almost no work on World of Warcraft right now , and it will be so until this obscenity ends. And this is not beneficial to anyone – neither the players, nor the developers, nor the shareholders.

Jeff also stated that every employee, “regardless of gender or race, deserves a supportive work and life environment.” And then he urged other studios to “listen to the non-men in your organization and do what they tell you.”

Earlier, several Western media outlets announced a boycott of Activision Blizzard and refused to cover the company’s games.

About what all the fuss is about, you can find out here .
