Paid access to exclusive content will appear on Twitter

At a recent investor gathering, Jack Dorsey unveiled several new Twitter chips that are already in development. Soon, Communities will appear on the social network – an analogue of Facebook groups, as well as the Super Follow function.

The second most curious one is a kind of analogue of Patreon. Users, if they wish, will be able to pay the people they follow to access exclusive content. Such exclusives may include newsletters, videos, discounts, and more. The fees will be charged monthly, and the price is expected to be quite standard – $ 4.99.

Dorsey is not yet ready to announce when these features will appear on Twitter.
