Activision has announced that the remaster of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 skateboarding simulator will receive an upgrade for PS5 and Xbox Series on March 26th. The game will also be released on Nintendo Switch, but no date has been announced.
Owners of the game on the current generation will have to pay an additional $ 10 for the upgrade, but if they bought the Deluxe Edition, they will receive the upgrade for free.
On PS5 and Xbox Series, THPS 1 + 2 will receive two graphics modes: 1080p / 120 FPS and native 4K / 60 FPS. On Series S 1440p (upscale up to 4K) / 60 FPS and probably 1080p / 120 FPS. The technical details of the Switch version were not disclosed.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 was released last September and received rave reviews from players and the press. The remaster was the fastest in the series to reach the million copies sold.
