Last week, Blizzard unveiled the Diablo 2 remaster, subtitled Resurrected, due out later this year. However, if you can’t wait to return to the world of your favorite game, then a group of enthusiasts continues to develop Project Diablo 2 – a massive mod with tons of content, which will receive its second season in March.
Enthusiasts are going to develop the game following the example of the Path of Exile seasons approximately once every 3-4 months. Their work is supported by donations from users. The head of the mod said it was played by 12.5 thousand people at the peak of the first season.
In the new season, there will be new locations, skills for classes, and the graphics will receive a small upgrade.
The second season of Project Diablo 2 will be released on March 12.
