Publisher Focus Home Interactive has released its quarterly financial report, in which it shared its successes as of September 30 last year. The company had almost no releases, but the games released earlier showed themselves excellently in sales. The publisher singled out Farming Simulator, Greedfall, Mudrunner and A Plague Tale: Innocence with WorldWarZ as the reasons for solid financial performance.
The key details of the report were the transfers of future titles due to the coronavirus:
- The Hood: Outlaws & Legends won’t be out on May 10th. The exact date will be announced later
- Warhammer 40k: Age of Sigmar from Elite: Dangerous developers didn’t have a release date
- Console versions of Insurgency Sandstorm should have been released last summer
No approximate dates were given. The company wants new releases to show the quality of Focus Home games and is not willing to take risks. The coronavirus has also affected the company’s plans as a whole, so wait until January 29 for the full report to be released.
Focus Home Interactive will also pay a € 3 million fine imposed by the European Commission a few days ago.
