Digic Pictures studio employee Gabriel Bjork Stirnström shared some of the concept art he worked on to create a cinematic trailer for From Software’s Elden Ring . The video was shown at E3 2019 and since then very little has been heard about the title.
I created these concepts two years ago, back in January 2019. I had no idea what I was working on. All I knew was that From Software was our client. I first learned about the game and its name when it was announced at E3. I hope this makes it clear how little I know about her.
Most of the art below was created for internal discussion within the company. When its leaders were satisfied with them, they discussed with From Software. In the end, the studio itself provided a lot of art for the trailer.
t the same time, the company created for the trailer only an excerpt with a blacksmith forging an unknown artifact.
Digic Pictures is a company that makes cinematic trailers mainly for games. They have worked on trailers for the Assassin’s Creed series, Call of Duty, Destiny, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, and so on. You can see their work here .
As for Elden Ring itself , according to insiders, the game should be released this year. Although there was really no news about the game from the announcement in 2019.
