Twitch announced a replacement for the PogChamp emote that was initiated last week. Previously, the smiley was associated with Ryan Gutierrez, and now the image will change every 24 hours. The first prototype was Kenny UnRooolie McWilda.
Next in line is UmiNoKaiju.
This idea was suggested by the host of the PC Gaming Show, Sean Plott. His proposal was to create a database of streamer faces so that each time a PogChamp is sent in the chat, an emoji is generated at random.
Twitch changed the rules a bit, but the essence remains the same. Now emotion is not attached to a separate person. Users have already started nominating themselves.
