Since the start of sales of Xbox Series consoles, owners of the older Series X have begun to complain that their controllers are randomly disconnected and connected during the game. Basically, players face a problem in games tailored for the new Microsoft console, for example, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
PC users also faced the problem, but, apparently, the corresponding update for Windows 10 is already available there.
The thread on the Microsoft support forum has already exceeded 40 pages and 392 comments. Moreover, 1701 users immediately reported the same problem. The company has already commented on The Verge and said it is aware of the problem. Disable controllers promise to fix in the next system update of the console and, probably, an accompanying update for the gamepads themselves.
Microsoft did not name the approximate release date for the update.
