Black Ops Cold War fans have long been asking developers to add a competitive playlist to the shooter. And it looks like Treyarch will add a ranked game in the first quarter of this year, that is, until April.
This information was shared by insider Tom Henderson, who had never made a mistake with the information on the Call of Duty series before. He was the first to leaked the details of the Warzone battle royale and even demonstrated gameplay, for which he was banned from YouTube.
Henderson stated that the League Play ranked mode (tentative title from Black Ops 4) is likely to appear in Black Ops Cold War as part of the second season.
Previously, the addition of a competitive playlist to the shooter was confirmed by the head of development David Wonderhaar. Prior to this, all Black Ops games had ranked games available.
