There are two skins in Fortnite today that many people have been waiting for. Mainly because these are just another cosmetic items that glow in some way.
Skins are available in two varieties. The female “Flow” and the male “Pulse” both cost 1500 V-Bucks.
What’s so special about them?
Usually, before a skin comes into play, gameplay is usually shown on Youtube with these skins. In this case, the gameplay did not reveal a very important feature that Fortnite players appreciated very much. This is another example of how Epic cares about all, even the smallest details.
As Reddit user “Merytz” shows, new skins turn red when they take damage.
Interestingly, this is not their only special feature. Skins change their colors in general depending on what is happening to the player:
- Blue when you do your sling
- Green after recovering
- Red from damage
- Yellow when opening the box
- White from dealing damage and elimination
The backpack also changes its colors to match the skins. It doesn’t affect gameplay and gives you no advantage over your opponents, but for a 1500 V-Bucks skin, it’s really nice.
