If you suddenly forgot that Platinum Games is working on Bayonetta 3 , Hideki Kamia reminded about this in an interview with the Japanese edition of Famitsu.
He confirmed that the game is still being made in-house. The Japanese game designer acknowledges the fans’ concern about the long-awaited project and says that new gameplay systems are being tested well and development is progressing very well. The game was announced at the 2017 Game Awards and has hardly been heard of since.
Kamiya claims that work on the mysterious Project GG, announced in February, has finally begun to move forward. It is a battle game between giant robots and kaiju, presented as the powerful culmination of Hideki Kamiya’s superhero trilogy.
Unfortunately, Hideki did not reveal anything about Babylon’s Fall.
Bayonetta 3 will be released exclusively on Nintendo Switch. The release date remains unknown.
