Last summer, the actors who played Cloud and Tifa in the Final Fantasy VII remake shared photos online and revealed that they are working together again on motion capture scenes for the second part of the remake.
Recently, a similar post was left by the actress of Iris’ heroine, Asuka Yoshikawa. She revealed that she recently recorded scenes with the actor who plays Sephiroth. Their session lasted four hours, but there is still a lot of work ahead.
Square Enix has not yet commented on the state of the second part of the FF7 remake , periodically noting that this time the release will be faster, and development has long since entered an active phase. In addition, development manager Tetsuya Nomura has previously stated that details regarding the number of parts will appear closer to the announcement of the second episode of the remake.
The first part of the Final Fantasy VII remake is available exclusively on PS4 and PS5 until April 10, 2021. The title will probably appear on other platforms after that.
