Pedro Pascal denies rumors that he wants to remove the helmet from the Mandalorian

In Episode 7 of The Mandalorian Season 2, the renowned mercenary took off his helmet for the second time in the entire show, causing a lot of excitement among fans. Given that Dean Jarin follows a strict code and cannot show his face to others, such a scene was unexpected – and (without spoilers) important.

Before that, a rumor appeared on the network that Pedro Pascal wanted to take off his helmet more often, but the actor denied these assumptions in a conversation with  The One Show .

In general, this is not true. In fact, it’s an amazing way to tell a story. The trait [wearing a helmet at all times] has always been a clear credo of the character and in the process of work we have always agreed in this regard. I want showrunners to have the best show ever required.

However, given that Dean met with Bo-Katan, old comrades and even Boba Fett, while they all took off their helmets, there is a good chance that over time the Mandalorian will show his face more often. And baby Grogg himself is interested in what is hidden under the helmet.

The season 2 finale of The Mandalorian will air this Friday. The third season will begin filming at the beginning of the year.
