FIFA 21 became the best-selling game in UK retail for the previous week despite a 37% drop in sales. The sales in honor of “Black Friday” and “Cyber Monday” helped the sports simulator stay in first place.
The second and third places have not changed in a week either – they are led by Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Animal Crossing: New Horizons, respectively. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla moved up one position, while Spider-Man: Miles Morales lost three spots.
Not a single new release entered the top 10 – Immortals: Fenyx Rising started from the eleventh line. GTA V missed the retail charts again.
Top UK retail from 29 November to 5 December:

At the top of digital sales, things are different. Football Manager 2021 topped the list, with copies sold up 2.5% from the previous installment. Overall, Black Friday game download growth jumped 50% over the same period last year.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War lost ground and dropped to second place. Assassin’s Creed Odyssey climbed to the top from 11 to 7, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege also returned. GTA V remained in the same fourth place.
