Square Enix's Project Athia is a PS5 console exclusive for two years

Sony has released a promotional video of high-profile titles coming to PS5. Where necessary, the company has specified the timing of temporary exclusivity.

  • Deathloop – released first on PS5 and PC, at least 12 months later on Xbox
  • Ghostwire: Tokyo – released first on PS5 and PC, at least 12 months later on Xbox
  • Project Athia – released first on PS5 and PC, at least 24 months later on Xbox

Why it was decided to buy Godfall only for six months, and Project Athia for two at once, of course, is unknown. Perhaps Sony is betting heavily on this mysterious title from Square Enix.

Also, ResetEra users noticed that Gran Turismo 7 is listed for release just in 2021, and not in its first half.
