Enthusiasts continue to share photos from the set of the upcoming Resident Evil adaptation, which will reboot the entire film franchise. The new photos show the Raccoon City orphanage, one of the police cars, and ammo from actor Chad Ruk, who plays Richard Aiken in the film.
The Raccoon City Shelter looks a little intimidating, the gate is copied straight from the Resident Evil 2 remake. This is where Claire Redfield will go to rescue Sherry Birkin.
The police car looks as if not only zombies will walk along the streets of the city, but also more dangerous opponents. This is confirmed by the claw marks on the door.
A photo from Chad Ruka, which contains cartridges with signatures, confirms that zombies will be the smallest problem of the heroes. His hero Richard Aiken was eaten by a large mutated snake, and in the picture one of the cartridges is intended for her, a shark and, possibly, a zombie.
He also wrote that he finished filming a scene that appeared on the cover of the game, and it depicts huge spiders.
The film is directed by Johannes Roberts. Apparently, he has no plans to move away from video games and come up with his scenes. The release date of the Resident Evil relaunch remains unknown.
