Marvel recently officially returned the rights to “Daredevil”, which were previously owned by Netflix. In this regard, fans launched a campaign on social networks demanding that the series be returned to the screens.
A lot of posts appeared on the network with the hashtag #SaveDaredevil. Users want to see the continuation of the superhero show with the same cast. It was closed back in 2018 after three seasons. Netflix was not happy that the rights to the service belonged partially.
The creators of the original series also supported the initiative. The fans were joined by screenwriter Stephen S. DeKnight, Kingpin’s Vincent D’Onofrio, actress Deborah Ann Wall as Karen, and many others.
Disney and Marvel representatives have remained silent for now. In addition, the studio is busy with other projects, the coronavirus is raging around, the film company is losing money because of this, but there are chances for the return of “Daredevil”.
