Nintendo released a financial statement last week that made it clear that Animal Crossing: New Horizons is one of the company’s best-selling games. However, when it comes only to the Japanese market, sales of one simulator leave 35 Sony games behind combined.
According to statistics, Animal Crossing: New Horizons has sold 5.62 million copies in the land of the rising sun, while all 35 Sony titles have sold 4.7 million copies. As a result, it turns out that one Nintendo game is in more demand than the SIE and SCE projects.
At the same time, the best selling Sony game in Japan is Knack, in second place is Ghost of Tsushima, and Spider-Man closes the top three. Least of all the Japanese love God of War 3 Remastered and Drive Club.
