New patch for PC version of Horizon Zero Dawn optimizes work with shaders

Guerrilla Games continues to address issues that players have encountered on the PC version of  Horizon: Zero Dawn . In the latest patch 1.07, the developers have optimized the work with shaders and improved anisotropic filtering.

The game will now optimize the shaders in the main menu every time. This process can also go directly during the game in the background. The player chooses a convenient option, but in the first case, the downloads in the game itself will be reduced.

Guerrilla Games also noted what problems still need to be solved: optimization on 16-core CPUs, the quality of optimization on certain systems, HDR optimization.

Horizon: Zero Dawn  was released on PC on August 7.
