Godfall Uses 12GB 4K VRAM

The head of the Counterplay Games studio Keith Lee said that  Godfall  will require at least 12 GB of video memory at 4K resolution and maximum settings. To do this, you need AMD RX 6000 series video cards, which are indicated in the video.

For example, the RTX 3080 comes with 10 GB of video memory.

The game supports LPM, a method of handling tonal mapping in wide gamut or high dynamic range. This technology makes it quick and easy to add HDR support.

Keith Lee also talked about the features of the new RDNA2 architecture being used in Godfall . The game will feature ray tracing, support for Infinity Cache, Fidelity FX Sharpening and Variable Rate Shading.

The release of Godfall will take place simultaneously with the start of sales of PS5 – November 12. The looter slasher will also be available on PC at EGS. The studio has previously revealed system requirements.
