DualSense controller works fine with PS3 and Switch, but not PS4

YouTuber MidnightMan posted on his channel a video demonstrating the operation of the DualSense gamepad in conjunction with PS3 and PS4. The device works flawlessly with the Sony console of the previous generation, but the gamepad does not work at all with the PS4.

The only option is the Remote Play function on a PC or Mac.

In addition, Twitter user BrokenGamezHDR was able to connect DualSense to the Nintendo Switch. For this I had to use the 8bitDo adapter.

Whether DualSense support for PS4 will be implemented is unclear. At the same time, the same DualShock 4 feels good in conjunction with the PS5 in backward compatibility games, however, future titles will not support the device due to the features of feedback and triggers.

The PlayStation 5 will start selling on November 12 in the US and November 19 in Europe. The DualSense controller is already available for purchase.
