Halo the Master Chief Collection for Xbox Series may get ray tracing

343 Industries recently announced that Halo: The Master Chief Collection will receive graphical enhancements for its Xbox Series consoles. Players are waiting for 120 FPS and support for 4K-resolution. Ray tracing was not listed among the options, but fans began to ask the developers if ray tracing will appear in the future.

Senior Producer Matt Hohl did not confirm anything, but said only that 343 Industries is aware of the wishes of the players .

“I can’t wait to see what we can achieve with this hardware in the future. The complexity and scale of the MCC creates unique challenges that we have to overcome, but I love the opportunities that are now open to us. In the future, we will be able to introduce new options and improvements.

Long ago I realized that our team listens to the audience – this is the most important element in our work. I love it and I can’t wait to see what we can achieve together in the future”.

An enhanced version of Halo: The Master Chief Collection for the Xbox Series will be available at launch on consoles. The collection is also available on PC and Xbox One.
