What’s new in 1.16.4, and why have players been eagerly anticipating this update?
The creators shared the first version, which will be the final release of 1.16.4, if no critical bugs are found by players and testers at Mojang. Many are aware that this is the final update of version 1.16.
Soon after, the long-awaited snapshots announced during Minecraft Live 1.17 will begin to appear. However, what has changed in this update?
What’s new in 1.16.4
In the latest version, an option has been added that allows you to mute players on unofficial servers that send custom-formatted messages.
One bug that appeared in the previous pre-release has also been fixed (The first pre-release of Minecraft version 1.16.4 is now available. What’s been improved?) In the player search window, they only appeared after entering the letters with which their name began. Now the search should find the player after entering the middle of their name.
Version 1.16.4-rc1 can be tested after checking the Latest snapshot option in the Minecraft client before clicking the Play button.
