Jason Ronald, director of Microsoft and Xbox Management Program, tweeted that Xbox Series consoles will be able to play all of the backward compatibility titles available to play on Xbox One right now.
This statement does not only apply to games that require Kinect.
Ronald revealed that Microsoft has spent over 500,000 hours testing the titles of the Xbox, Xbox 360 and Xbox One catalog. All of them will be available for play at the start of the Xbox Series.
Microsoft is constantly expanding its library of backward compatibility titles, and also includes some of them in its Xbox Game Pass subscription service.
