The only real way to get free skins in Fortnite, but it's not that simple
Is there any legal way to get skins for free? Yes, but not everyone will be able to meet the conditions.

There are videos on YouTube all the time with “secret ways”. to unlock skins for Fortnite absolutely free. Of course, the vast majority of them make absolutely no sense, others are contests, and others are simply warning others about cheating.

However, there is one way to get a free skin from Epic Games once in a while, and that’s exactly what happened a few days ago.

Is there any way?

It is not about typing in secret codes, taking part in contests, filling out surveys or visiting generator sites. To receive a skin from Epic from time to time, you must be a member of the developer support program.

This is the only way to get something for free every once in a while. At the beginning of the seasons, people with the “code” also get V-Bucks to buy Battle Passes. Does it actually work? Of course. Many people already play with the skin of “Baby Yagi”, even though the skin is not officially in the store yet.

Why is Epic giving free items? Mainly to promote a skin or give content creators the opportunity to record more episodes with an “unreleased skin”.

However, this does not mean that people with the creator code get everything for free. Skins are donated relatively rarely, and most items you have to buy yourself. This can be considered a thank you from the studio and an encouragement to continue recording. This is definitely not a way to “farm”. skins.

To get into the creator’s support program, certain conditions must be met.

  • Have at least 1,000 followers on at least one large social networking platform such as Facebook, Instagram, Mixer, Twitch, Twitter, or VK.
  • Complete an affiliate agreement and adhere to our Creator Code of Conduct.
  • Be able to receive payments through an Epic supported method.
  • Hyperwallet
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Applicants aged 14-17 must apply via the Minor Application.
  • Use any social media profile no more than two (2) times.
  • This means that a social media profile can only be used on up to two (2) creator profiles.

It is worth mentioning that the official website states that admission to the program is suspended for the time being. It is not known when it will be restarted.
