Cyberpunk 2077 will have an unexpected problem with Twitch CDPR responds
Recently, something like a music copyright revolution is taking place on Twitch. Streamers are asking CDPR to explain if they can safely broadcast their gameplay.

For several days now, Twitch streamers around the world have been removing their VODs and clips. All because of infringement of the copyright of the music that appeared during the broadcast. Until now, hardly anyone paid attention to it, and therefore most had to remove all their belongings.

It is worth mentioning that receiving a DMCA warning three times is tantamount to a permanent blockade of the entire channel.

Streamer mode in Cyberpunk 2077?

Streamers started asking CDPR about whether Cyberpunk 2077 could have a sort of streamer mode, something known from Fortnite, for example. There you can easily disable all emotes with a licensed soundtrack.

DansGaming on his Twitter asks:

Will you introduce a streamer mode that would mute licensed copyrighted music so content creators do not get DMCA?

Interestingly, the developers apparently already know the problem as they replied that the specifics will appear in the near future.

All the songs that will appear in Cyberpunk were created from scratch, especially for this one game, so there should be no major problems, at least in theory.
