Microsoft and 343 Industries have launched private testing of Halo 4 , the final addition to The Master Chief Collection. DSOGaming has published screenshots of the game in 4K at maximum graphics settings.
In addition to the increased resolution, the developers have improved the quality of textures. The game was released in 2014 on Xbox One, but even now on PC it looks better than some modern shooters. Halo 4 was the first game in the series developed by 343 Industries.
In the screenshots provided, you can also evaluate the optimization. On a system with Intel i9 9900K, 16 GB RAM and an RTX 2080Ti graphics card, the shooter showed an average of 150 fps, sometimes the frame rate reached more than 200 frames per second.
What’s inside the current shooter build:
- Campaign Missions: Requiem, Forerunner, Reclaimer, Shutdown and Composer
- Multiplayer maps: Adrift, Exile, Haven, Longbow, Meltdown, Ragnarok, Impact, Landfall, Skyline, Perdition and Pitfall
- Spartan Ops Mode
Halo 4 testing will run until November 2. The release of the shooter in Halo: The Master Chief Collection will take place before the end of the year. Halo 5: Guardians will not be included in the collection .
