Among Us goes to the world in 3D thanks to the creation of an independent developer

Dani, an indie creator, has made the Innersloth game in 3D.

It is almost an absolute truth that the most unexpected success of the year 2020 in the world of video games has fallen on Among Us . Innersloth’s game came out in 2018 and it is now living a second life, reaching record numbers, surpassing 60 million players a day . Now an independent developer has recreated the game in three dimensions and taught the process.
The creator indie Dani has decided to replicate the Innersloth game in three dimensions and shared video the whole process . It is striking precisely what is the path that the developer follows in order to create the game, using various tools and open resources. The game is fully playable and is very well done, beyond the scenarios that could be worked on.

The developer comments in the video that at the moment, as expected, he cannot publish the game, but according to his words it seems that he has asked Innersloth. According to Dani, he does not believe that they will give him permission, but that in case that happens, he will publish the title and enable servers so that more people can play this three-dimensional version of the hit of the moment.

The developers of Among Us ruled out doing the second part and recently announced that they will focus on improving the current one , introducing new mechanics and functionalities. One of the biggest problems that the video game has right now are cheating players , but Innersloth is aware and is working to find a solution .
