Wasteland 3 gets a new patch that accelerates loading up to 60%

InXile Entertainment has released a new patch for Wasteland 3 . He updates the game to version 1.1.2. Key change: Reduced download times. They’ve been sped up by up to 60%, according to the team.

Selected the most important of the patch notes:

  • We hate long loading times. Our engineers have changed the way game levels are loaded, reducing loading times by up to 60% on PC and 25% on Xbox. For example, on our test PC, boot time was reduced from 38 seconds to 13 seconds.
  • Additional stability and performance improvements for consoles that were too technical for the person writing these patch notes to explain easily. But that’s a good thing
  • Some Sims have received microdermabrasion and now have more beautiful skin

The studio will continue to address emerging issues with the title and improve its performance.

Patch 1.1.2 is available on PC and consoles.
