“Baldur’s Gate 3”: Early Access for all PC gamers has arrived!

Baldur's Gate 3 Early Access for all PC gamers has arrived!

“Baldur’s Gate 3” is one of the games PC gamers have been looking forward to the most. Now the game is starting slowly: around 25 hours of content is now available through Early Access – through Steam, GOG, and Google Stadia!

The player rejoices – the wait for “Baldur’s Gate 3” is over. The new addition to the series iconic RPG can now be played early access via Steam, GOG and Google Stadia, for Windows and Mac players. That means: around 25 hours of playtime, lots of exciting dialogue, 600 NPCs, and 146 available curses and skills are waiting for you. At the beginning you create a game character according to your wishes. There are 16 races and sub-races to choose from, which are divided into six classes with different sub-classes.

Real "Dungeons and Dragons" feeling, even solo

Like the previous versions, “Baldur’s Gate 3” is based on the pen and paper game “Dungeons and Dragons”. The role-playing game is played in its original version in a group with a game master and special dice. Exciting group play with live action and strong social components is therefore difficult to implement as a PC game with single player mode. Developer and publisher Larian Studios was highly rated by the community for the first two parts.

IGN’s test review is also positive for the new version: in particular, the flexibility with which decisions can be made allows virtually any style of play. And individual classes can score points with aces in their games. innings, which would not be possible in the real “DnD” game. Looks like “Baldur’s Gate 3” has a real “Dungeons and Dragons” feeling – even if you’re playing alone. Unfortunately, it is not yet known when the final version of the game will be released.
