If you’ve been hoping to buy one of the newest graphics cards from Nvidia, we’ve got some bad news for you – you’ll probably wait until next year.
A few days ago, we informed about the postponement of the GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card from NVIDIA. Last month, we wrote about the considerable problems that the premiere of the RTX 3080 card faced. Also today we have no good news – the representative of the aforementioned corporation confirmed that problems with the availability of new graphics cards (RTX 3080 and RTX 3090) will last at least until the end this year . Although the factories themselves have no problems with production, all complications arise from the fact that demand significantly exceeds supply.
Jensen Huang, the head of NVIDIA, admitted directly: at the moment it is impossible to produce more cards . These, in turn, are much more popular than any of the corporations assumed – although the company still tries to produce as much as possible, and the shipment from factories goes without problems , the cards sell out like crazy . According to some (Huang admitted), the last so much interest was in the days of Windows 95 and the first pentium processors. NVIDIA was just not ready for this.
