Monster Musume is a series of Japanese manga written and illustrated by Okayado. The series is published in Japan by Tokuma Shoten in their monthly Comic Ryu Magazine. Additionally, it is published by Seven Seas Entertainment in the United States.


Monster Musume is based in a world where humans have come into contact with creatures such as mermaids, harpies, lamias – and as a result the government has made changes. And now humans and the “liminal” coexist.

Monster Musume Season 2 release dates

Monster Musume season 2 is licensed to Sentai Filmworks under the title “Monster Musume: Everyday Life With Monster Girls”. The series arrived in July 2015. It is expected to return to screens in the third or fourth quarter of 2021, in case of a second season.

The Cast of Monster Musume Season 2

The series directed by Tatsuya Yoshihara was written by Kayuyuki Fudeyasu. It was hosted by the Lerche animation studio. Monster Musume season 2 will see the return of many vocal artists who portray the voices of the anime’s successful characters. Among these is Kurusu Kimihito who will be voiced by Junji Majima.

Mila’s voice will be given by Sora Amamiya. Likewise, we will have Ari Ozawa for the voice of Papi and Natsuki Aikawa as the voice for Centorea. The character of Suu will be voiced by Mayuka Nomura and Ai Kakuma will be voicing Lala.

In addition to this, Sakura Nakamura will take on the task of voicing the character of Rachnera. And, with that, Yu Kobayashi will voice Ms. Smith. The interspecies anime will also feature Doppel as Saori Onishi. He will also have Rei Mochizuki as Zombies in Season 2.

On July 18, 2020, the Comic Ryu blog announced the adaptation titled “Monster Musume – Monster Girl – Hello Walk”. The writer designated for the performance is Yoshino Origuchi who is the author of “Monster Girl Doctor”. It is scheduled for release on August 29, 2020. Season 2 will continue to showcase the adventures and fun that our characters continue to experience in an interspecies world.
