The Fortnite store is well-made enough to inspire many different games. Now it turns out that this mechanic will undergo significant changes.

Leakers, i.e. people searching the game files, have discovered that the developers are working on a new store that will accommodate many more items. The new tab is to be called Cataba.

What is known about the shop's backyard?

The rework of the store is primarily to introduce new cosmetic items to it. According to unconfirmed information, you can buy there permanently:

Music packages

Painting

What is most interesting, however, there is also information about custom skins. What does that mean exactly?

It is very possible that players will be able to unlock one skin again and then purchase certain items for it. Something like Maya, but with paid extras. It is not known yet if this will appear at all, but Epic is expected to work on it.

In addition, you can also see information about banners, strictly Marvel skins or Star Wars. These are to be permanently placed in the store.

The next information concerns limited offers by country. It is doubtful, however, that Polish players will finally be able to buy something that will be unavailable to other countries. It is possible that it will be solved in some other, more interesting way.

It is not yet known when the new store will appear in the game and what exactly it will look like. Prices should not change, so you don’t have to worry about that. Only new items will arrive and perhaps the appearance of the entire tab will be redesigned.
